The NT Fishing GPS Card Xtreme Edition is a micro-card with SD card adaptor containing 800+ essential Northern Territory fishing and boating marks.
Unlike other mark collections, our card contains mostly marks we gathered ourselves, either directly from our GPS units or from the Dr Depth maps we created during the making of the North Australian FISH FINDER book.
Our card is also regularly updated, now in its 12th edition.
There are marks for the best sections of natural reefs, as well as river rockbars, jew holes, boat ramps, war and cyclone wrecks, holes and more.
The latest artificial reefs off Darwin are included, including marks for individual modules.
The book has fishable rockbar marks for the Roper, Daly, Adelaide, Finniss, East, Mary and South Alligator Rivers.
The data on this card is not for navigation but it may still save your outboard leg from rockbar hazards.
This card may help you catch the NT’s Million Dollar Fish (MDF). Each year, during the MDF season, there are 100 or so $10,000 tagged barramundi to be caught across the Top End. There is also a $1m prize, and other prizes.
Upload the data direct to your GPS unit either by inserting the card or by a cable from a PC, and save yourself HOURS of data input time.
HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: File formats are supplied for most Garmin, Lowrance/Eagle, Humminbird and Furuno units. Other brands should be OK. If not, your brand’s proprietary PC software will be able to convert the generic GPX file included.
Be sure to back up your own waypoints etc before uploading.
